WARNING TO ALL HOSTS: HIGH-RISK GUEST STATEMENT Hosting this individual was one of the most challenging experiences in our professional operations across 150 properties. The guest engaged in severe bad-faith behavior and active attempts to fabricate property defects in order to force a full refund outside of our agreed non-refundable cancellation policy. Among other unacceptable actions, heavy integrated appliances (refrigerator) were physically moved to photograph utility walls, and structural interventions were hysterically demanded for non-existent issues (verified as 100% dry and fully functional by a licensed plumber on-site). When our team immediately addressed these false claims and verified the property was in flawless condition, the guest unilaterally abandoned the villa without notice, ignored all communications, and attempted to extort a refund—a claim officially investigated and REJECTED by the marketplace. The guest showed zero respect for our staff, our property, and basic hospitality standards. Extreme liability and risk for any property owner. Strongly NOT recommended to any host.
