Its direct above our second apartment Joy Pristine 2 (also 9 persons). Both houses are owned by Wijnand (Dutch)&Joyce (Kenyan). Combined both houses means: 18 persons! Its located in a green, quiet area (no busy roads nearby!) but nearby shoppingsmalls (1 mile) and nice restaurants (150 meter). With 3 king beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 single-bed (all with EU full foammattresses) this marvelous property offers plenty of space for our guests to relax. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, a fitness room, pool (temporary under mayor maintenance), a washing and dishwashingmachine, hot-cold drinking waterdispencer. Each of the 5 bathrooms is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower and toilet for your convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place!

We, Wijnand (Dutch) and Joyce (Kenyan) are a couple and live partly in the Netherlands and in Kenya. In both country’s we own properties and rent them. It’s our goal to give our guests a wonderful and relaxing time in our houses!
Why they chose this property
We choosed Cozy Gardens Apartment in Kilimani because of the quiet, green area (no busy roads nearby, low noise) and also because of walking distance to Yaya shopping mall, nice shops and short travel time from and to international Airport. Opposite our building is a nice trendy restaurant Oyster Bay (150 meters)
What makes this property unique
It is very spacious and light! Ideal for big groups. Unique is: we have 2 of them! One on 14th topfloor and one below it on 13th floor. Each has space for 9 adults (18 combined). Both have a light modern and luxury interior and are fully equipped.
Because of the topfloor the views are fantastic. There is always a nice breeze because of the height. By that: it’s equipped with EU kingsize beds with full foam mattresses. It’s really comfortable!
