The house is on a gorgeous property with sweeping views of Lago Maggiore and the mountains. It has an expansive lawn, large pool with a nice deck, and large decks off the house with outdoor tables for dining. The house itself is large with great views from inside, including balconies off the bedrooms. It has a fun style, and is great for larger groups. The groundskeeper was helpful and responsive. It is also an easy 10 minute walk into town (where you can catch ferries around the lake) or to the gardens. It exceeded our expectations - we had a lovely stay there and would absolutely stay there again.A few things to note: there were limited modern power outlets, a mold smell in the lower level (may have been temporary), weak wifi signal, flat pillows, and the electricity is sensitive to overuse. These are probably mostly simple fixes.

Très belle villa

Très bien située, vue imprenable dominant le lac, très beau parc, gardien sympathique et serviable. Bel environnement de superbes villas. Il est dommage qu il n y ait aucun approvisionnement vu la qualité de la maison : aucun produits d entretien hormis une vieille éponge , pas de quoi faire un café, pas de produits de base etc … vu le prix de location (justifié par la villa)
