We had a large multi-family gathering to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of rooms and gathering spaces for everyone. The house contained everything that anyone would ever need for all ages. Sal was a wonderful host to interact with and he quickly answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this house for your family needs.

Father’s Day weekend

We having adult children whom have their own families, find it difficult to get together as a whole! I booked this home for us to do just that. It was perfect! Had enough bedrooms and space for all of us to spend the weekend together! Our grand daughter is disabled and it had an elevator which made it even better!! She was able to get around with ease! It was very clean and decorated very nice. Close to beach and everything we could need! Only thing would make it better is if they had linens on the beds! Was a little much to pack up sheets for all those bedrooms! And towels! Other than that was a very great home to stay in!! Also if have four vehicles make sure all small cars! Get ticketed if block side walk even a little!

The perfect shore trip - this house was amazing

This house is amazing, it made for an amazing trip, and you should absolutely book. I ran out of space to type!Great block - walking to anything that matters and nice quiet night time.Everything is brand spanking new - and I mean everything. It is spotless. I've never been in such a nice rental house before.Communication beforehand with the owner Sal was amazing and easy - we even talked via the phone beforehand which I usually do not expect but certainly welcomed! Checkin/checkout was a breeze, door codes provided and worked as advertised and in we went.There are plenty of bathrooms, outdoor shower, outdoor hose, nice and hot showers. The AC in the house is pumping and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are great for the people like us that sleep with a fan. The beds were all comfortable.ALL of the beach stuff is provided. Toys for kids, chairs, cart. The ice machine and fridge in the garage was clutch!The kitchen is at the top floor and bedrooms in the middle, elevator was clutch... no need to carry anything up the steps and potentially scuff up a wall or waste your precious muscles that should be relaxing down the shore. The kitchen - wow - this is the first vrbo where there was everything needed in the kitchen for whatever you want! The knives were sharp, never ran out of cutlery, and the huge sink and dishwasher were amazing for cleanup. We cooked a lot and all we needed was ingredients.SO MUCH space for everyone to relax or come together.
