You will be staying in an 11-room villa that spans across 600 square meters on 3 levels. The villa has been partly renovated in 2025 and features tasteful and stylish furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a library, satellite TV, radio, hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. There's also an entrance hall and an exit to the garden. On the lower ground floor, there's a playroom and a sauna. The upper floor features a double bedroom, a room with two beds, and a bath/shower/WC, with an exit leading to the patio. The second upper floor boasts a large living room with satellite TV (flat screen) and an exit to the terrace, three double bedrooms, a double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC and an exit to the terrace, a room with two beds and an exit to the terrace, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Additionally, there's a bath/bidet/WC and two showers/bidet/WC on this level.

Amenities Included

During your vacation, you'll have access to various amenities, including a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the valley, the resort, and Capri Island. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment, making it suitable for families. For your safety, the villa is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers, but there is no lift available. There are no mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site, except for the local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning, and all energy costs are included in the price. The heating is available only from November 1st to March 30th, and you can request it for an extra charge. The villa allows up to 18 guests and accommodates pets (just an example). While the maximum capacity is 18 guests, the villa has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
