Modern apartment located in a period building equipped with a lift, capable of accommodating up to 4 people in the heart of the Quadrilatero, one of the best known and most popular areas of Turin, an elegant neighborhood full of clubs. We are a stone's throw from the Porta Susa train station, the metro (XVIII December) and the city center. Near Piazza Statuto, Piazza Savoia and 10 minutes from the MAO and Piazza Benefica where the most prestigious market in Turin takes place every morning.

Comfortable apartment of approximately 60 m2 on the first mezzanine floor of a historic building with a lift.
The accommodation is made up as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with queen-size sofa bed, TV, chairs and dining table;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, counter with stools at the entrance, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, WC, sink, bidet.
- BALCONY overlooking the internal courtyard;
- French BALCONIES overlooking Piazza XVIII Dicembre.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Independent heating with boiler (radiators in the kitchen, bathroom and living room), Split with heat pump in the bedroom, Air conditioning (split in the bedroom) and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Turin Climate Zone E: 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April.

Piazza XVIII Dicembre is located right in the square of the same name, just outside the accommodation.

Among its most emblematic points there are squares and alleys, with historic buildings, craft shops and typical restaurants. One of the best-known corners is Piazza della Consolata, which houses the baroque church of the same name.

The Quadrilatero is also famous for being a meeting place for young people and tourists, with a wide variety of bars, cafes and nightclubs. The area is also much appreciated for its market and traditional shops, which sell typical products of Piedmontese cuisine.

- From Caselle Airport: you can use the shuttle which leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi.

- From Turin Porta Susa station, the apartment can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

- From Turin Porta Nuova, you can reach the apartment with the subway to "XVIII December" stop, 1-minute walk from the property.

- The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car.

It is possible to park for a fee at the Porta Susa Station Parking (FS Park) or at the Central Parking Torino (Via Juvarra, 22) 170 m from the accommodation.
