Spacious, very quiet townhouse located on the outskirts but close to city centre, the historic district, and the castle. It’s very well connected; you can walk to all these places and start your tours without needing a car. You can get there either by car or by train. Parking is very easy. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are very spacious with 1.50m double beds and fold-out trundle beds, ideal for a child. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The living-dining room is also very spacious—the perfect place to gather in front of the TV or spend long hours chatting. It also features a dining table that seats several people. There’s a living room that opens onto the kitchen and doubles as a breakfast nook for breakfast or lunch. This area has another TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home: a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator, as well as a wide variety of kitchenware. The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower. It also features a backyard with a barbecue area where you can host delightful gatherings.
