The location of this property was great. We were steps away from 2 Tube stations, a main street with plenty of shopping choices, and of course, Kensington Gardens. The room, however, was very, very small for the 3 of us, with little space to move around or store our luggage. The stair climb to the room did pose a bit of a challenge for those of us with "bad" knees and/or other mobility challenges. I would say the space is well suited for 1 or 2 people...

We had to leave and lose our money! Stained beds, sofa, walls. Not sanitary. Simply discussing! People stuck outside with a failed keypad, and hard, late response communication with host! I don't recommend this place at all!

Room was small and unkempt. It was hot, and the ceiling fan did not work. No other fans were available. No response from host when we reached out to ask how to get the fan to work.
