This centrally located home is a perfect place for families, alumni, groups & gameday BBQ's as well as just a quiet getaway. The house includes a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a master bedroom & bath with 2 sinks, multiple shower-heads, and a large soaking tub.
The house has 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen & 1 full), 2 large reclining sofas, and air mattresses available. House is only 1 mile from North Florida Medical Center.
4 burner propane grill, charcoal grill and seating area on the back patio overlooking a spacious and private backyard that backs up against a large wooded area.

This house was my full-time home after I took a job in Gainesville. My job is still based out of the area, but I now work remotely and live elsewhere. I still stay at the house when I come back to Gainesville for work, so it will be well stocked and have a warm, homely feel. Feel free to make yourself at home!
