HANSINGASTUGAN - VARBERG
Relax in this peaceful 50-square-meter cottage surrounded by farmland.
The cottage is located 10 km east of Varberg.
You can park for free right outside the cottage, where there is a charging station for electric cars. Enjoy the afternoon or evening sun on the private lawn surrounding the cottage or on the furnished patio.
Accommodation
The cottage is designed for five people (a floor plan is available in the photo gallery).
There are two bedrooms on the lower level—one with a 160-cm double bed and the other with an 80-cm single bed.

The sleeping loft has two 90-cm single beds. For those who prefer not to go up to the sleeping loft, there is a sofa bed in the living room (140 cm). A travel crib for small children is available to borrow. It is fully equipped (60 x 120 cm).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and just about everything you’d expect to find in a kitchen. A high chair is available to borrow.

The bathroom features a shower, towel rack, hair dryer, and washer/dryer; there is also an outdoor drying area.

A stair gate is installed at the top of the stairs. If you’d like a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs as well, it’s available upon request.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire cottage as well as a fenced-in lawn and patio with sweeping views and beautiful sunsets.
There is a sandbox located right outside the cottage that guests are welcome to use.

Swings and other play equipment are available 80 m from the cottage. There is also a simple barbecue area where firewood is provided, or you can use the charcoal grill that belongs to the cottage.
Use of these areas is at your own risk.

The cottage has air conditioning.
Underfloor heating in the entryway and bathroom.
Blinds are provided for all windows.
There is a slight elevation difference between the cottage’s entrance and the patio from the outside
Near the barbecue area, there is a pond without a fence

Here you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and magical sunsets in peace and quiet.
The property is located just outside Varberg, the gem of the west coast. Varberg is known for its fortress and cold-water bathhouse, beautiful beaches, surfing, and several nice restaurants along the long beach promenade.

Within a radius of no more than 10 km from the accommodation, you’ll also find:
- Five golf courses with 9 to 18 holes within a radius of about one mil.
- Absolutely stunning hiking trails. Many of them wind through the famous Åkulla beech forests.
- Bexell’s “Talking Stones.”
- The Grimeton World Heritage Site, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025 with a host of special activities.
- Gekås in Ullared is about two mil from your accommodation.
