The location was good. Rooms were clean enough. We couldn't really reach the host on Expedia. We only ever got the automated messages. When I reached out about logistical questions we got no reply.
The loft has a sunroof and a small window but no blackout curtains. When we went, sunset was at 10:30 and sunrise was at 4:30am. There was still light out well past 11pm and we started seeing first sign of light before 4am. We couldn't sleep very well as a result. There was also no blackout curtains in the living area. So the main bedroom guests had to shut their door at night, and it was hot.
There was also a coin we were supposed to use to operate the trash cans on the street. But the coin was not where it was supposed to be. Downstairs guests also didn't know where it was. So we couldn't take out trash either.
The hosts should have provided blackout curtains to handle Scandinavian summer. The communication issue with the hosts is more likely the result of interfaces integration with Expedia.
