About this property

Newly Renovated, Comfortable & Beautiful Condo Near Fountain in Fountain Hills

This condo is located on East Gunsight Drive in Fountain Hills. I call this a glorified hotel suite with private pool. Perfect for the snow bird or a couple. It has a great view of the mountains and also when the fountain goes off in the center of town.

Recently completely renovated in April 2023 with hardwood floors, remodeled Kitchen, Hallway, and Bathroom. All rooms freshly painted and a very cozy and contemporary feel to it. This is a very nice private condo with one floor, so there are no hiking up and down stairs or stomping feet above.

Next store neighbors do not make much noise, if any, and everyone is super friendly.

Fully Furnished and bedroom mattress recently upgraded to Sleepy's Memory Foam (Medium Firm). All the comforts of home, including a fully outfitted kitchen as well as a nice selection of top of the line towels, pillows and linens. Vizio Smart TV with WatchFREE + as well as fuboTV, which has more channels than local cable. Very easy to use.

This condo is perfect for that winter get away, summer retreat or business travel. There are 3 pool areas in this small complex and the closest pool is just steps away. The pool area has outdoor tables & chairs for your use. The pools are unheated.

Centrally located within 2 blocks of the famous Fountain Plaza. Shopping and dining just minutes away. 2 miles from Desert Canyon Golf Course with many other courses near by. The Ft. McDowell Casino aka We Ko Pa and Scottsdale are less than 10 minutes to fine dining and entertainment. Mayo Clinic is also just a 10 minute drive. We were very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, well maintained and amazingly stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The appliances are new and the bed is very comfortable. Everything worked with ease and the host was available if we had any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept and parking was available both in an off street carport and on the street. We highly recommend this property.

Disappointed in condo

Condo needed major renovation. No toaster, no can opener, not enough silverware for adults, not enough washcloths. Carpeting quite dirty. Glad to have had a washer and dryer in condo, however washer emptied into the shower through an open pipe in wall! The pictures of the condo were vastly misleading.

Hello and thank you for staying. As mentioned the carpet was not dirty but stained (steam cleaned this season) from heavy traffic in main entrance walkway. Also as mentioned, renovations are now taking place but did not want to cancel anyone's reservation this year for any inconvenience. There were plenty of towels enough for a family of 10 and also silverware to match. (34 positive reviews before this including the stay before yours tells the story) Unfortunately due to past abuse and almost a fire, we removed the toaster but thank you for purchasing another and leaving it there.

Size of unit was good and nice pool area. Carpets vacuumed but lots of stains. Providing a couple pods of coffee for first morning and more towels would be a nice and inexpensive gesture. Location is the best part of this place. Lovely walk around lake and restaurants nearby.

Simple, Beautiful, Quiet and Cozy

As the title says, this apartment is all that. A few things are a bit outdated but personally, I found this place derives a lot of its charm from that. Everything was clean and professional. The owner's responses were quick, cordial and informative. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal - whether simple or elaborate. A few staple condiments would have been a nice plus, but certainly the absence of them was not a big deal. I would totally stay there again!
