We had a great stay at this property. It is beautiful, well equipped and the patio was lovely to sit out on. Great location for the beach and the shops. The outdoor shower was an added bonus after being in the sea!

Wonderful property in an amazing location.Justine the host was great and on hand if we needed anything. They are fantastic hosts and the house has everything you would need.A true home from home and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property! Very comfortable and well appointed. The terrace is beautiful and the post beach shower a superb facility. Beach is 2 minute walk, as are the shops and restaurants. Communication with hosts perfect, they were even able to accommodate us for an extra night at late notice! Very welcoming into what is their own home. Football table and board games great fun when it was wet. Teenagers able to go surfing while we went out for lunch with lots of options. Highly recommend.

Woolacombe family home

Our week here was perfect. We were two families of three and there was more than ample room to relax and dine together and having the garage for the 2 cars was fantastic. Everything was pristine and the location was incredible - next to Woolacombe beach with a local Spar, surf shops and Fish and Chips. We were able to walk back from the beach in our wetsuits and rinse off in the heated, surf shower located within the garage at the property. Wet clothes dried off nicely overnight in the drying room. Everything you needed to self-cater was provided, including a BBQ and dishwasher! Lots of board games and beach games too - we got a little addicted to spike ball! Beautiful view from the balcony where we watched paragliders. Short drive to Ilfracombe if you want to take a boat trip. Really great communication with the couple whose property it is. It felt a real privilege being able to spend a week in this beautiful home and we have come away with lots of special memories.

Amazing property in the perfect location with everything you need. Terrace is the perfect place for unwinding and watching the world go by, being just 5min walk from the beach when you want to venture.Garage parking is fantastic with space for storing everything you need for the beach and more, with a shower to rinse off without needing to enter the property.Plenty of games and beach toys there for you to use, from darts to table football to skateboards and short boards. Full of surprises when we walked in. Kids were in heaven.A very comfortable and clean property that you wont want to leave at the end of your stay.Great communication and fast feedback on any questions and always ready to help, so couldn't ask for more.Will definitely stay again.
