It has all the comfort:the main room is a stunning living room/dining area,it has been exquisetely furnished with antique furniture and decor , one big and one small bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with bath/shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, eight windows which provide a lot of light with three balconies.There are parquet floors in the living/dining area and the bedrooms.Satellite TV and video, wash machine and armoured front door. Pets are NOT allowed.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment in Old Town, Nice, It has a unique character, is generously sized and feels warm and welcoming.
The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, with a nearby large Monoprix and tram system. making it incredibly convenient to explore from.
The apartment itself was a true gem, providing plenty of comfort. It also has the benefit of a nice balcony. On the fourth floor - but the climb was well worth it!
