We has a great holiday however the property was really clean, the fridge has a massive crack down the back of it inside, the TV was that old that we spent 3 days without TV as we could not get it working, loads of wires lying around easy for young children to grab, no cupboard space to put your food away, parking isn't great could do with parking spaces been made available, cupboard in bathroom says staff only but is only secured shut with gaffa tape. In the smaller sitting room there was a massive lump of plaster hanging off above window not tendered too. The cleaner is a very nice approachable lady, absolutely really enjoyed talking to her. Highchair straps disgusting could do with a new strap on new chair. Beds are extremely soft and pillows extremely soft to the point your head sinks that far into them you feel like your going to suffercate, I prefere a harder bed so it depends how you like your bed and pillows

Glad you had a great stay and enjoyed yourself in lovely location surrounded by trees and lakes. Thank you for the feedback. The TV is not modern but does function if you had a problem we would have been happy to attend and remedy it if asked. When we checked the TV was working. The cables to the TV go to abox they are communication cables and not power cables. We will look into putting them into a locked box. There is parking for one drive in the car and one more infront of the accommodation. Yes there is a storage cupboard in the bathroom. The plaster in one window had recently blown but this has now been rectified. Thank you for pointing out the high chair does n't get much use we will replace it . The two main bedrooms have new mattresses and most people have a good nights sleep with us. Most guests that stay with us give us a five star rating.
