Arrived to an uncleaned property with dirty linens, filthy fridge, unvacuumed carpets. Management came and changed the linens but we cleaned the flat ourselves. Broken shower heat control, broken toilet seat, broken door lock. We patiently asked for things to be fixed and the shower was fixed only to break again. Toilet seat was never fixed despite two week stay. Damage deposit not returned after a week after we left. Every communication was answered promptly with “your comfort and safety are of the utmost importance to us” but I think the customer service is an AI bot. Will he complaining through VRBO.
