The apartment features two well-equipped bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 200x200 double bed and a television. The second bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90x200.
Both bedrooms have wonderful built-in closets and two full marble bathrooms, where you’ll find everything you need to make your stay wonderful.
This iconic residential complex features spacious tropical gardens, two adult pools, and two children’s pools, as well as 24-hour security and 24-hour physical surveillance at the security guardhouse.
There are two entrances to the complex: one from city centre and the other from the boardwalk.
You’ll have access to an underground parking space, so you won’t have to worry about where to park your car.

El anfitrión ha facilitado todo para nuestra estancia. La comunicación y la facilidad para acceder al alojamiento ha sido un punto fuerte. Nos estaban esperando en la entrada. La ubicación excelente, con acceso al paseo y a la playa directo, y con todos los servicios al lado, no necesitas usar el coche para nada, también hay sitios muy buenos para comer al lado, y el residencial está muy bien acondicionado, amplio pero no excesivo, con varias piscinas, también infantiles, rodeado con una vegetación espectacular, baños reformados y limpios en zonas comunes, rampas para poder moverte con silletas para niños, y conserjes 24 horas que son muy amables. Sin duda repetiría! Muchas gracias por todo!
