A really lovely place to stay, very relaxing space with lovely decor. Some very thoughtful touches which are really appreciated; the tea/coffee and biscuits were very welcome after a long drive. The takeaway cups are a great idea. Thank you.

The property was just perfect for me and my daughter to use as a base for exploring round Framlingham and Woodbridge etc. It had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and warm. The outside was very private and very secure for dogs. Communication with Matthew the owner was great and he checked to see if we were ok without being intrusive. Would highly recommend. Michael was an excellent host, communication was quick and nothing was too much trouble. I loved the place. Everything was as described and pictured. Had everything i needed for my 2 night stay. The addition of an airfryer made meals easier to decide what to have. Will definitely be back if the availability is there when i am next this way. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have slept in and slept really well. Thank you Matthew
