The master bedroom has a King 6006 DUXIANA bed and the guest room has a King 1001 DUXIANA bed. Flat screen tvs throughout. Enjoy plush luxury bath linens as well as the provided personal amenities from around the world. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. The area offers some of the best restaurants on the east coast or you can go to the local fish market and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or HOA grill pool side. You may never want to leave!

Family Rm - 180 degree sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean, 65" Super Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV with sound-bar & sub-woofer, and Alexa puck. New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable club chairs. All new privacy powered Hunter Douglas blinds.

Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire condo less the owner's closet, located in the hall and 1 kitchen cabinet. Guests will have access to the ocean front pool. Guests have access to free parking on site with overflow parking across the street. New elevator installed December 2017. All luxury bed & bath linens, beach towels & chairs, bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities provided. Just bring your wine and swim suits.
Interaction with guests:
Once guests are booked they will have access to owners thru provided email and cellular numbers.
Other things to note:
Prior to check-in the guest will receive a code to access the front door using the August lock system.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that you please empty the trash, run the dishwasher if necessary and place dirty towels in the bedrooms’ laundry basket.
If you used any of the beach chairs and accessories, please rinse off well and place back into the balcony storage cabinet as you found them.
For our ease of accountability please do not strip the beds, just make them up. Remember no luggage or grocery carts in the condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fraud Prevention: Prior to Check-In, a Driver's License and a signed rental agreement by the reservation holder is required to be emailed or faxed.
Reservation holder's Drivers License and filled out and signed rental agreement must be provided within 3 days of making the initial reservation.
Absolutely No grocery carts and/or luggage caddies allowed inside condo! Leave all Beach equipment outside front door while using.

Close to absolutely everything! Do as much as you like or as little as you like. Our DUXIANA Beds are second to none. The entire condo has been renovated.
