The apartment was perfect for our needs! It was super comfortable and private, and the terrace was a nice touch! With 2 beds and baths it was great getting ready in the morning as a party of 4. Erika was super responsive, kind and helpful our entire trip. We would definitely stay here again!

First, we had the best host for Charme’s property near the Vatican. The property was found as advertised with enough seating for four guests, the kitchen was nicely stocked, both bedrooms had windows and courtyard views, and 2 bathrooms, a lovely patio was nice off one of the bedrooms. Also a washer was tucked away in the apartment, even including laundry soap, what a convenience! Overall, this was a perfect apartment to come home to after long days on walking the streets of Rome! We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Beautiful apartment, great location, spacious!

Very comfortable apartment that sleeps up to 6. Good location near a couple bus stops. Be aware, some larger taxis will refuse to drive up the narrow street.

Disliked: Location
Be aware. If you have ANY mobility issues, this apartment is on a very steep, cobblestone street. It can be a challenge to find a taxi to take you to your door as it is also very narrow, so you may need to walk to it. The apartment is nice enough, but there are stairs inside to get you to the bedrooms. So, again, if you have mobility problems, you may have to sleep on the sofa bed, which is adequate but not as comfortable as a bed. Also, because of the way the apartment is situated, water from the showers will leak all over the floor. The property manager, Erika, was very accommodating with providing supplies we needed or ran out of.

I’m especially sorry that the apartment presented some challenges regarding mobility. In your case, the mobility issue arose after the booking had been made, so unfortunately it was not something we were aware of beforehand. Nevertheless, I completely understand how the steep street, the narrow access and the internal stairs could make things more difficult. I’m also very sorry that the shower drainage was an inconvenience during your stay. The water can drain when it is used with a little less pressure, which may hopefully be a simple solution for future guests. Of course, I completely understand that in a situation like yours, even a relatively small practical issue can make a real difference, and I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We were truly very happy to meet you and your lovely family. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and if you ever return to Rome, we would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back. You will always be very warmly welcomed! ❤️
