What a beautiful home! It felt like we were the first guest to rent the house how spotless everything was! Easy parking off the road. Easy 20 min drive to center Zadar. Perfect getaway home and couldn’t be happier with our stay and the view was amazing to have every morning!

Helpfulness. Cleanliness. Location.. We will definitely come back. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants Kitchen towel, maybe a small coffee maker is missing. And a smaller frying pan, but those are not obstacles in the accommodation.

War alles echt sauber und hat echt schön ausgeschaut, gleich beim Meer und viele Restaurants in der nähe, leider hat die Mikrowelle gefehlt und es waren keine Mülleimer da genauso wie das Parken teurer wie die in der Beschreibung geschriebenen 10€ pro Tag war. Im großen und ganzen war aber alles echt in Ordnung.

Urlaub in Haus Moca

Schönes Haus, modern eingerichtet, alles noch wie neu. Sehr zentral gelegen mit Meerblick, alles wie beschrieben. Für anfängliche Verwirrung sorgte allerdings das Fehlen der Hausnummer sowie ein falscher Name an der Tür. Wir hatten online das “Haus Moca” gebucht und an der Tür stand “Haus Zara”. Uns haben außerdem ein paar Sachen gefehlt, unter anderem eine Anleitung/Anweisung für die Therme, Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung und gängige Küchenutensilien. Wir hatten für zwei Personen zu wenig Besteck und auch Töpfe und Pfannen standen wenig zur Verfügung. Auf Nachfrage wurde sich darum gekümmert. Auch Ersatz-Handtücher und -Bettwäsche wurden erst auf Nachfrage geliefert.
