Lovely villa for what I wanted. Well equipped and clean. I could not fault my stay.Communication was good with the host..any queries were responded to in a reasonable time. The only thing was I could find a BBQ but that wasn’t a huge deal. The outside pool was always warm. The location was perfect for my needs.i had a car to get around so we could go to our favourite beaches and restaurants. I would definitely rent this villa again. It was peaceful enough for me to read 6 books whilst away…

This villa was perfect for the week we stayed, it was clean and had all the extras you wouldn't think you would need ( tin opener, bottle opener, etc ). The pool was a good size but on a windy day a nearby tree would shed its seeds into the pool but a minute or 2 would clean the pool with the net provided. The Villas location in a enclosed area meant that only other residents were around and not hoards of other holiday makers and public would invade your privacy. We will return to Lee and Sarah's villa again as it's location is great for sea access and the fantastic Doma restaurant a couple of minutes away.

Lovely place, very clean and tidy. The owner and staff that we met were very friendly and helpful.Just missing an umbrella for the table and chairs outside for a little shade while chillin' by the pool.Convenient for a few nice bars locally, and just a 15 minute walk to bars of Pernera high street.Overall, a place we definately plan to use again. Thanks.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor space was peaceful and private — exactly what we were hoping for.The location was ideal — close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches, but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Nice Semi Detached Villa

This villa is in good location on a nice complex. It is was well equipped and very clean inside.Good contact wth the owner Lee but never seen property manager or pool cleaner whilst there but was not a problem as know the area well.Only thing missing was a Parasol for outside table as the palm tree next door was cut back when we were there and that gave good shade, as the temperature hit over 35 degrees in our last few day's.

The villa was fantastic and had everything you needed. The villa was within walking distance to Protaras strip. There was a little gem of a beach at the bottom of the road. The issue was that there is building work going on at the villa next door so we were unable to use the pool as it was covered in dust and debris from next door.We felt that we were unable to use the villa to its potential. The workmen were very respectful but were there at 7am every morning which you dont want when you are on holiday. It would have been nice to have been informed of the building work prior to going.

Dear Elizabeth, thank you for your lovely comments about the villa and its location. I am so sorry that our neighbours building works on the next door villa spoiled your stay. We were unaware that these works were ongoing and have complained to them as normally people are respectful of their neighbours and carry out renovations out of season. This is very unusual and we have never experienced this before. Hopefully if you stay again you will be able to enjoy our villa to its full potential. Best wishes Lee & Sarah
