The layout is easy and practical. The materials and colors are well chosen and the apartment has all you can wish for nearby: busstop, super market, restaurants, night life, sports. It is possible to hire the downstairs apartment as well to host up to 8 guests.



The building comprises 2 apartments: on ground level with a terrace and on the first floor with a nice balcony. An external staircase leads up to the first floor. As the building is totally new, the garden is still young.

Additionally there is a studio apartment for 2 on the same property that can be rented as well.
