APARTMENT IN PALERMO SOHO WITH TWO SPECTACULAR TERRACES, A BBQ, AND A FAMILY LIVING ROOM
A cosy two-story house filled with light and sunshine. An ideal location for exploring the best spots in Buenos Aires. It’s surrounded by parks, markets, restaurants, bars, clothing stores, design shops, and more. You can reach all of these places by walking just a few blocks while enjoying the area.
The accommodation:
The house can accommodate up to 7 people. It has two floors
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms equipped for 6 people (all with hot/cold air conditioning), 1 dining room with heating and cooling, featuring a dining table, 6 chairs, and 2 armchairs at the head of the table.
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a state-of-the-art electric oven, and an air purifying range hood.
Under-counter cabinets and a cupboard with a microwave, electric kettle, waffle maker, and citrus juicer.
1 master bathroom with a bathtub, tempered glass shower enclosure, and a bidet.
1 bathroom with a shower inside the guest room, office, or service quarters.
The ground floor features a spacious family room with a motorised screen and a home theatre projector, along with a comfortable three-piece sofa bed. This space includes a refrigerator with a freezer and a built-in kitchen with a gas cooktop.There is another air-conditioned room and one bathroom with a sink and a high-pressure shower.
The highlights of the house are the two spacious terraces—one at the front and one at the back—where you can enjoy a barbecue with family and/or friends, sunbathe and relax in the Paraguayan hammock, and take a refreshing dip in the hot tub!

The house has stairs in several areas, so it is not recommended for people with limited mobility.
