The home was spotless and exactly as seen on the pictures. It is ideally placed for the beach. We had a lovely relaxing stay. A great time was had by all.

Perfect house for 5 adults, a toddler and and an infant. Plenty of space within the house itself, enclosed safe lawned garden at the rear for the toddler and dog. Lounge especially very generous.Overall very good home, located just 5 minutes drive from the Saltburn coastline, nice residential area and house in good condition. Garden needed a little attention (weeding, lawn cutting) but didn't stop us fully using and enjoying it!
