Appartamento nuovissimo e tecnologico, forse anche troppo! Ho dato 4 stelle come riepilogo generale solo per un motivo: la tessera per l'apertura della serratura (con chiusura automatica delle mandate) è necessaria per abilitare l'impianto elettrico! Come un albergo! L'agenzia ha fornito una sola tessera, ma alla nostra richiesta di averne una seconda, dovendo lasciare la nostra bassotta in appartamento, per mantenere attivo il condizionatore ci è stata fornita senza problemi. Onestamente avrei preferito NON avere questa necessità...Per il resto l'appartamento è molto bello, con un grande balcone, e veramente a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Comodo il parcheggio interno anche se il nostro era allo scoperto. E' stata una ottima vacanza.L'agenzia è sempre stata molto disponibile alle nostre richieste!
