This amazing and spacious villa with well-kept gardens offers privacy, fun and relaxation for everyone.
It is located only 600 m from the nicest beach in the area.
It features a large living area with sliding doors opening out to a patio and a spacious pool area.
There is one bathroom with shower room on the ground level.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms: en-suite master bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one more bathroom with shower room.
The master bedroom and twin bedroom share balcony which with partial sea view.
This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone.

Lovely villa in a quiet area of Protaras.Main strip reachable in twenty minute walk.Small beach five minutes walk ideal for families with small children as the water is shallow and clear.Only issue was the pool was dirty on arrival, communication by host was great and was sorted out next day.Original check out was 11.00am and host gave us a later check out of 14.00 free of charge was a great touch. Villa was big enough for our family of 7.

The house was clean everything was fine. A great experience for familys holidays. A quiet area and good location

Spacious interior, pool table was a great facility. Private space, despite nearby villas, you wasn’t overlooked by others. Bbq area & outdoor seating. Quiet private street. Supermarket & local shop at the bottom of the road. 20mins walk to the main strip. Pool area was spacious, music system for around the pool was great , although wire connection to your phone had to be placed in a certain position to work. Plenty of sun beds. Slight issue on arrival with key not being in lock box but easy to resolve via the emergency contact number. Provided with a person of contact for any queries during our stay who was responsive. Enjoyed our stay & would recommend 2 adults & 4 young adults.

7 day holiday

We are a family of 6 and the villa accommodated all of our needs … the pool table was a great addition too. Pool area was lovely - would have liked the pool guy to come daily though. Lovely , clean accommodation . Supermarket 2 mins walk has everyday essentials and lots of options for deliveries for lunch etc . 20 mins walk to main strip or can go along the coast which takes longer but beautiful scenery. All in all 10/10
