the apartment was clean and stocked well with everything we needed to make our stay good. Location was close to the metro and walkable to a lot of things - I would recommend this place for anyone visiting barcelona who wants a homey vibe.

We had a lovely holiday in Barcelona and enjoyed our stay in this apartment.The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. However, the apartment is showing its age and would benefit from some updating. We were also surprised to find that it is located on the 6th floor, although thankfully there is an elevator.The bathroom has a noticeable mold issue, which appears to be caused by insufficient ventilation.

Good space for families, quite, across from metro station. As a relatively new listing, apt could use some minor upgrades but owners seem to be receptive and in process of doing so

Location is great. Easy access to train station. Price was reasonable. Bathroom shower is too small and we would have appreciated if towels were cleaner and newer. They looked too old and had an odor. Bed and pillow were not too comfortable.

Location was excellent. We were able to get around with ease and visit all the places that we wanted to. The reason I gave a good on the first question was because we had no hot water for our first 3 days.

Check in was super easy. Location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep easy meals. Having the laundry and dryer really helped! Everything was clean. There are 3 TVs so the kids were able to decompress after the long days of exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

We had a great stay! Just a small hiccup with the address posted — make sure to enter “DEL dos de Maig” on your map, not just “dos de Maig,” or you’ll end up at a different location. Luckily, our taxi driver was kind enough to take us to the correct address in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a great experience — clean place, good location, and quick responses to our questions.

Had all of the amenities needed. Pretty spacious for 5 people I was pleasantly surprised. Only thing I would say is it would’ve been nice to have some extra towels of larger size. And it took a little while to find the right apartment and what floor it was on. Other than that, the stay was amazing, the place was clean and the host was very helpful in answering any questions I had before we arrived. I would stay here again.

Just terrible. We were given the wrong key box code and wasted at least 1h trying to figure out what to do. Also floors are cracked, faucet is leaking, shower head is broken. Overall worst experience ever.

Self-check in flat on the sixth floor (with lift). The flat is a 15min walk from Sagrada Familia and has a metro station just a road away. It is fully equipped for a long stay.The main bedroom mattress gave us some aches unfortunately. Facilities are a little old and the bathroom is rather small but we didn't mind and the shower pressure was excellent.Overall a good place to stay. :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est tout a fait conforme a l annoncé. Idéalement situé..metro en bas, sagrada familia a 10 min a pied,commerces a proximité..très bien. L équipement de m appartement est super : il y a tout ce quil faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Seuls bémols : arrivée un peu compliqué car nous n'avions pas le code de la boite a clé mais l hote a très vite résolu le problème, j ai envoyé quelques messages a l hote avant et pendant le séjour sans réponse cest dommage et la literie mériterait d être changé. Mais a part cela qui ne sont que des petits bémols tout etait très bien. Je recommande vraiment .

Siamo stati in 5 in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene, forse il bagno e la cucina un po’ piccolini, ma per il resto ottimo. Appartamento super attrezzato con prodotti per pulire, detersivi, saponi, carta igienica, sacchetti per la spazzatura… Fantastica anche la posizione, vicina alla metro e altre attrazioni. Un difetto è stata la comunicazione con l’host, non ha risposto ad alcune mie domande, per esempio quando all’inizio abbiamo avuto problemi con il wifi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a sistemare.

Super Lage, gleich bei der Metrostation. Bäckerei und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Gut war auch, dass es einen Aufzug im Haus hatte. Minuspunkte für die Wohnung, da keine Toilettenbürste, kein Geschirrtuch. Geschirrspülen war schwierig, da im Wasserablauf Dichtung gefehlt hat. In Dusche Schimmelbefall, Tischdecke schmutzig.
