We stayed in a top floor flat with a balcony. It is in a great area with lots of options for pubs & dining as well as a Sainsbury's that is late opening.The flat presents well but we stayed during a hot spell. The middle room vents into a closed central atrium with no airflow so even with the fan it was unbearable! No extra fans provided even though we asked

The property was as advertised, clean and easily accessible. There are 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment so avoid if you have mobility issues. Apartment was quiet and easy to sleep in city environment. Apartment shakes when busses go past but not alarmingly. Electric fans were very welcome and ensured a comfortable temperature for sleep. Beds quite comfortable if a bit soft for my liking. Enough linen, towels and shower soaps etc. Was a little nervous in the shower as no mat in the bath so worried re slipping. Too many plastic plants which don't add anything but more plastic to the environment. Centrally placed easy walk from station and close to busses or walking to explore the city.

Flat was perfect for exploring Manchester. Easy walking access to trains/trams/buses, easy walking to cafes and restaurants, and there’s a Sainsburys right across the street if you want to cook meals or have some snacks on hand. Flat was immaculate and had everything we needed and was thoughtfully appointed. Hoping to come back to Manchester again soon and make this our home base!
