Great place, Friendlly host.

Place is very convenient to clifton village and the surrounding area, with the added benefit of on street parking. It’s a basement flat but has lots of windows to brighten up the place. All the modern conveniences and a very comphy sofa in the family room. It would be a little tight for more than 3

Property was great and a savior during the very hot heatwave, being a basement unit - at least 10 cooler than units above (still has small back patio), and the fan was very helpful. One downside is that it is quite humid and could use a dehumidifier. Also, some hooks in the shower room for clothes or towels would help. Great location, with lovely park across the street!
