Appartement super. Très propre, bien décoré, calme. Pas de vis-à-vis pour le petit extérieur ombragé. Cet extérieur est J. Plus non négligeable. La communication au top. Rien à redire sauf peut être un petit peu loin du centre mais à ce prix là, un appartement si exceptionnel, on peut passer quelques minutes de plus pour le trajet. Trajet de l’appartement au centre de Madrid : 19 minutes de marche pour accéder à la Ligne 5. À noter plusieurs supermarchés au niveau de l’accès métro comme une supérette jusqu’à minuit et de petits restaurants.
