Situated in Aldeburgh’s delightful high street, just a few steps from the beach, Seagulls location is hard to beat. Deceptively spacious this, pet friendly seaside house is airy and light making it the ideal choice for a traditional family holiday or get together with friends.
Go through the front door into an entrance hall, coat and boot area and the corridor to an enclosed patio – perfect for a morning coffee and a quiet read of the newspapers. Upstairs to a large living area, 3 double bedrooms and a single, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and lovely open plan living/dining all decorated in “coastal chic” style.
Aldeburgh’s high street has a wide range of restaurants, including a famous fish and chip shop, designer boutiques, art galleries and coffee shops. With the beach just second’s stroll, there will be no need to use the car, making Seagulls the ideal holiday location.
Aldeburgh, famous for its arts and music summer festival and connections with the composer Benjamin Britten also has an independent cinema, summer theatre, sailing, golf and tennis. If guests should want to venture further afield, it is conveniently located to explore the many delights of the Suffolk Heritage coastline including nearby neighbour Thorpeness, Southwold, Walberswick, Snape Maltings, Dunwich, Minsmere RSPB and Orford, whilst further inland are the historic market towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge. Also convenient to visit NT Sutton Hoo, the Anglo Saxon burial ground site.
