Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a few things that kept it from being five stars. It would have been a nice courtesy to have a small supply of coffee, tea and sugar on arrival, nothing elaborate, just the basics. The four flights of stairs were also narrower than I expected, especially with luggage, so that's something future guests should be aware of. The cooker was another frustration: it was a large unit, but the markings around the controls had worn away, which made it very difficult to work out how to use. These weren't enough to spoil the stay, but they would be fairly easy things to improve.
