The stone house is completely renovated and is located in the small village of San Maroto located in the Monti Sibillini National Park (orange flag).
Totally immersed in nature, here you can enjoy various trekking routes. It is located a few kilometers from the suggestive Lake Fiastra, Bolognola, Sarnano, Città
Universitaria of Camerino and surroundings.
First floor: bedroom for 4 people with double bed and double sofa bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom with washing machine, sink, bidet and water.
Access to the fenced garden in front of the front door on a pedestrian path, equipped with barbecue, relaxation room and umbrella.
Small village immersed in nature at 600 meters above sea level, first point for shopping in Polverina 7 minutes by car .
