It can fit a maximum of 4 guest, both guest can share the Queen size bed.

Rates are INCLUSIVE of association dues, use of amenities, electric and water usage for short term (7 days and below). For weekly and monthly, power and water is paid separately.

For clients staying more than 7 days, a security deposit is required upon move-in. This will be discussed after a booking is confirmed.
