In 1998, we discovered Playa Negra and immediately fell in love with its natural beauty, incredible surf, peaceful atmosphere, and welcoming community. We knew we had found somewhere truly special. Two years later, we purchased this spectacular oceanfront property, and over the following years brought our vision of Casa Ola Perfecta to life creating a home designed to celebrate Costa Rica's Pura Vida lifestyle and to be shared with the people we love.

For our family, Casa Ola Perfecta has always been much more than a vacation home. It's where we've gathered for holidays, celebrated birthdays, watched unforgettable sunsets, shared meals overlooking the ocean, and made memories that we'll treasure forever. Over the years, we've also been honored to host family reunions, destination weddings, anniversary celebrations, and milestone vacations for guests who now return year after year with children, grandchildren, and lifelong friends.

One of our favorite moments is ending the day in the infinity pool, watching surfers ride the famous Playa Negra break as the sun disappears into the Pacific. Whether you're surfing, walking the beach, spotting wildlife, or simply relaxing with the people you love, there's something truly magical about this place that encourages everyone to slow down and enjoy life.
