The property could have been cleaner and in the pictures it showed a double and twin which when my staff arrived was in fact 2 doubles so they had to split the beds.

The concern around cleanliness was due to overfilled bins outside the property, which has now been resolved with new measures put in place to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the bed setup, we normally communicate with our guests in advance to understand their specific requirements. We apologize for not having this conversation earlier, and we’ll make sure to improve our pre-arrival communication to avoid such issues in the future.
