Villa Idaira is an impressive luxury refuge recently renovated, designed with taste, creating a space in harmony, to enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends.



Located in the central coastal area of the island, in a residential area of La Candelaria, in the town of Tías, it has all the necessary services (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, bars, restaurants, etc.) just 5 minutes by car. A Golf course and the magnificent beaches of Puerto del Carmen are less than 8 minutes by car. From this place, getting to any point on the island is a moment.



This cosy villa offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 8 people, ideal for group getaways, family gatherings or teleworking stays. It has a comfortable work centre with views of the ocean. Few holiday properties offer such an ideal space to be able to work.



The property has 4 elegantly distributed bedrooms, which include 3 double beds and 2 single beds, ensuring restful rest for all guests. The 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and a toilet in the living-dining area, provide comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen is a true delight for food lovers. It has state-of-the-art appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and capsule machine, toaster and juicer. Fridge and freezer complete the equipment so you can prepare delicious meals.



The laundry area consists of a washing machine and dryer.



The exterior of the villa is a paradise for relaxation. It features a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 4x10 metres, heated and with impressive ocean views and a jacuzzi.

The solarium terrace, barbecue area and garden furniture create a perfect atmosphere to enjoy unique moments. In this area you have 1 of the bathrooms with shower.

To access this area, you need to go down some steps.



Additional features include air conditioning throughout the property, cable television, security system, safe, WiFi connection, iron and a 40 square metre terrace on the same floor as the house. The fenced garden of 2000 square metres offers privacy and leisure spaces.



The villa has 3 private parking spaces and is located in a quiet area, perfect for business travellers, families or groups of friends looking for an exceptional accommodation experience.

Lovely family holidays

Despite a few minor equipment issues at the beginning of our stay, which were quickly resolved, we had an excellent holiday at Villa Idaira. The rooms are magnificent, and the villa is decorated with great taste. We could always count on the non-stop availability of Monica and her team, as well as her kindness, which was highly appreciated by our family. The villa is very well located for visiting Lanzarote. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are an incredible plus to fully enjoy the facilities. Thank you again to Monica for welcoming us so well with lovely, thoughtful touches that were much appreciated. We can only highly recommend Villa Idaira for your future holidays in Lanzarote.

Amazing place with fab view. Villa has everything you need. Coffees, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. were already in the property. Some drinks were left in the fridge which was a nice touch. Would come back again!

We Love it

Overall, we had a fantastic stay, but there are a few small things that could be improved. The jacuzzi should also be checked, as it loses water whenever people are sitting in it. In addition, the jacuzzi cover is very dirty and has visible mold, so it would benefit from a thorough cleaning or replacement. The dishwasher also does not clean the dishes properly and should be repaired or serviced.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage

Die Villa IDAIRA ist ein Traumhaus mit allem Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Jeder Bereich ist großzügig und alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. W-Lan und TV funktionierten einwandfrei. Gepflegte Garten-und Außenanlage. Tias ist ein netter Ort mit preiswerten Tapas-Bars, Supermarkt, Post und Friseur. Ein Massage-Service, der ins Haus kam, wurde uns unkompliziert durch die fantastische Monica vermittelt. Das herzliche Willkommen und ständige liebevolle Kümmern durch "We love Tourism Lanzarote" machen das Urlaubserlebnis perfekt. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus und diese Ferienhausvermittlung ohne Einschränkung und kommen bestimmt wieder!
