Absolutely a gem. Location is prime. It is small and I would not have children there because of the stairs and small size. But was very comfortable and suited two of us perfect. Could use a microwave. Other than that was perfectly charming. Host was responsive within minutes!

I had some initial trouble with communication with the host, getting the full address for bolt, or you can’t order the car, the host didn’t seem to appreciate this or the fact we had a long day. Then I couldn’t get the enter instructions up so didn’t know how to get the key or where it was. He was very difficult around this or helping other than to say it was sent, eventually I was able to access it. It was apparently my fault they didn’t make up the sofa bed upstairs or have appropriate & enough bedding to do so. In fact it was the next afternoon before I had sheets and a request for another blanket was ignored, the sofa bed was quite hard so I had to use the duvet to lie on. If there are steep stairs to the bedroom I feel it is only correct to let people know, in this case they were downstairs and had a curb to them, so the suitcase stayed upstairs where floor space was already limited. A weekend carry on would be fine but not luggage. They should show you the photo of that. Also the washing machine leaks badly and the dryer took 6-8 hrs to dry the clothes, an all in one system. You are not told that the place suffers from damp and to please keep the dehumidifiers on 24/7 or just put onto sleep mode at night and keep the only window open to help. Just as well Tallinn is a beautiful place with lots to do as this isn’t accommodation to just relax in, it’s a novelty but it is convenient in that you step out into the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby.
