The apartment is approximately 100 sqm and offers beautiful views of the lake, swimming pool and tropical trees, surrounded by fresh air and a peaceful natural atmosphere.
The living room features a comfortable L shape sofa, a 50 inch Smart TV, dining table for four and a work space with eco-chair. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, hood, espresso coffee machine, best quality drinking water filter and full cooking utensils.
Both bedrooms have king size beds with high quality mattresses. The master bathroom includes a large wardrobe and a rain shower. The second bathroom is designed for both bedroom and living room use. A washer dryer is available in the apartment.
The balcony is furnished for relaxing and enjoying the views. Mosquito nets are installed to allow fresh air circulation. Fiber optic WiFi with speed up to 400/200 Mbps and LAN cable are provided, ideal for workcation.
