Comfy Studio Close To Subway STR4734

This is a very nicely done studio with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. We have Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video. Very quiet and very safe. We live above but we are very quiet.

You can access the unit with the lockbox code. You don't need to interact with us unless you would like to. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.

Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!

The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes. Very easy.

Had a great stay here. Close to a variety of attractions in San Francisco and close to grocery store and public transportation. As other's have said there is a child in the house above but that didn't really bother us.

This was a very nice little spot for the price. While it was a studio, it was more spacious than I anticipated and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had from a Bnb. Overall it was a great experience!

We my sister and I stayed here to be close to the hospital for my mom's surgery. It was small but fit our needs. Mike is very kind, responsive to our questions before our stay. Expectations and advice for being in the city were in our messages and in a binder which helped so much. We were worried with our late arrival that we would be to loud. Which was the other way around, we could hear noises above us at times yet he says he couldn't hear us. Our stay was simple and nit stressful. Thank you

Great location and felt safe to leave my car in the street. The bed was comfortable and space was adequate as we were only there 1 night. As another person stated, the owners have a small child, who must love throwing a ball when they wake up. There is no sleeping in lol. Thankfully, we wanted to get up early anyways but if you are not an early morning person, this might not be the place to stay for you.

Excellent for a little get away

My husband and I spent the weekend in SF and stayed in this cute little studio space. Access to public transport was so convenient and there are several good places to eat within walking distance. The owners were friendly and responsive. The space was clean and met all of our needs. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to explore San Francisco

We were able to explore San Francisco, visit the Napa Valley, discover Alcatraz and spend some time at the Beach, all from this cozy little condo. We loved the place as well as the neighborhood. Easy to park in the streets.

Michael’s studio was a great base for exploring the city, close to public transport links and in a quiet residential area. He kindly allowed us to leave luggage the day we were leaving until later that afternoon which was incredibly helpful

Short stay in San Francisco

The property was as advertised and although compact, it did have everything we needed. Check in was easy. The property is in the middle of a suburban area so not close to any attractions, but the area is lovely and you can get anywhere you want easily by public transport. If you don’t mind walking (we were quite happy) there is a good Safeway store about 20 minutes walk away, or an upmarket and expensive one close by. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Short get away

Studio perfect for the trip. Very clean and completely as described. It is a quite neighbor but close enough to public transportation or short Uber rides to everything around.

Perfect studio for visiting SF

Cozy Little Place, Fantastic Communication

My partner and I came from Fresno. We were vendors at the SF Pride Celebration this year and needed a nice little spot that was somewhat close to the venue with free accessible parking. This was perfect! Unfortunately a few weeks leading up to our stay, my partner suffered an injury and we thought we would have to cancel, but the owner was beyond kind enough to allow special accommodations in order for us to be able to keep our reservation. We were so beyond appreciative! Great communication, the property itself was exactly what we were looking for, and it was very comfortable. We would totally recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future! :)
