Welcome to my charming 89m² three-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for families and groups of friends. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The bright and welcoming living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining area where you can gather and enjoy meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, cutlery, a stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher is also available, making cleaning up after meals quick and easy.

The first and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. One of the double bedrooms also includes a charming sunroom with a cosy seating area—an ideal spot to unwind with a good book or enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom features a comfortable single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests.

The well-appointed bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and modern conveniences. Just steps away, you’ll find the stunning Praia da Barrinha, a beach renowned for its golden sands and surfing opportunities. Stroll along the scenic Passadiços da Barrinha de Esmoriz, wooden walkways that cross the lagoon, offering peaceful walks and birdwatching.

Nature lovers can also enjoy the Parque Ambiental do Buçaquinho, a tranquil park with walking trails, picnic spots, and a chance to discover local flora and fauna. Esmoriz is home to cultural landmarks such as the Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Assunção, the Capela de Nossa Senhora da Penha de França, and the historic Capela da Praia by the sea.

For dining, explore local restaurants and cafes serving fresh Portuguese cuisine, especially seafood. The area is well-connected by public transport, with nearby bus stops and Esmoriz train station providing easy access to Porto, Aveiro, and beyond.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 41-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
