The cabin is really lovely, in a beautiful setting and very quiet. This place is ideal for some peaceful time in nature. Olga is a wonderful host, considerate and answered all my questions very promptly. There is a beautiful swimming spot just 15 mins walk (or 2 min drive) from the cabin, down Mökinrannantie. There is also a beautiful public swimming spot in Kesalahti at which is a 15 minutes drive - called Sortolampi Beach. All the public swim spots have convenient changing cabins. The shops in Kitee are around 30 mins drive have everything you might need - make sure you check out the Marimekko outlet shop!
