This family-friendly holiday home, with its large and spacious terrace areas, is located on Rävö, just south of Strömstad. Here you can enjoy a peaceful and pleasant setting in a holiday home area, with coastal forests, the sea and swimming opportunities right on your doorstep. The area has a shared playground and football field suitable for all kinds of ball games and activities. You can explore everything from straight-trunked pine forests and sandy beaches to weather-beaten rocky outcrops and fields of rounded stones. A few kilometres away is Rossö, with a nature reserve and also a national park, Kosterhavet National Park, one of Sweden's most species-rich areas. With its convenient location close to both the town and the sea, the holiday home is a perfect base for exploring Strömstad and the surrounding area. Here you will find a holiday home designed for all kinds of games and activities. Already at the entrance, you will find, among other things, a table tennis table and floorball goals. Inside, you are welcomed by the open-plan layout, where the hallway leads into a large living room with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove and dining table. Double doors lead out to the large terrace with a 2.4 x 5 m swimming pool, 1.10 m deep. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and high chair. There is also one of the three WCs on this floor. A staircase from the hallway leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with three single beds. There is also a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm wide bed and a WC. From the hallway, you can access a balcony with a sofa. In the basement is the home's games room with a pool table, comfortable sofa area and TV – a cosy space for family games and fun. The spacious terrace area extends around three sides of the house and, in addition to the pool, includes a covered section. Here you will find a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen equipped with hotplates, a small refrigerator and a sink with both hot and cold water. The terrace also has outdoor furniture and is a wonderful place for swimming, sunbathing, enjoying a leisurely breakfast or relaxing barbecue evenings. As the sun sets in the northwest, you can sit together and talk about the day's adventures or plan tomorrow's excursions. Borrow one of the bicycles at the house and explore the area in search of berries or mushrooms, or cycle to the local bathing spot. The house has WiFi. Strömstad offers a wide range of activities, a vibrant restaurant scene and pleasant shopping in small boutiques located close to one another. Or why not simply sit back and enjoy watching all the boats in the harbour? If you would like to experience more islands and archipelago landscapes, several boat charters and sightseeing boats depart from the harbour in the town centre to various islands in the archipelago, such as Furholmen and the Koster Islands, as well as to neighbouring Norway. You can also rent a boat or kayak for your own adventures. For golf enthusiasts, there are several 18-hole courses in the area.
