Casa Marazul - Beachfront House With Gorgeous Pool and Huge Rancho

A wonderful beachfront home with a uniquely open-air design that takes full advantage of the surf views and fresh tropical breezes, is perched 30 feet above a secluded sandy beach. A new swimming pool was just constructed adjacent to the Rancho and is a perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets. Volcanic outcroppings, just offshore, provide a natural breakwater as well numerous soaking pools to enjoy. The house is located on the edge of the small, fishing village of El Transito, Leon (35 miles from Managua). Food supply stores and fresh seafood are available in the village as well as surf lessons, yoga lessons and a few cafes. A tour guide and airport transportation can also be arranged.
The rancho is a wonderful place to relax with family and friends in total privacy. Relax with the ocean view from the hammocks or cook and share meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen and enjoyed at the artisan-built dining area while watching the sun go down. The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, blender, microwave, dishes, silverware, and an assortment of pots and pans. Start and end each day with the sounds of the surf. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large balcony where you can watch the amazing sunsets, relax with your family and friends, or just hang in a hammock surrounded by the sights and sounds of the surf.
