Surrounded by lush green grass and fragrant local flora, the villa boasts an inviting 8 x 5 m private pool, ideal for cooling off or soaking up the Mediterranean sun on comfortable loungers. The expansive outdoor space includes a shaded dining terrace, a stone-built BBQ, and seating areas where you can enjoy al fresco meals while admiring the peaceful landscape.
Inside, Villa Merastri features a cozy open-plan living area with modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from a stove and oven to a coffee maker and dishwasher.

This is a wonderful house with all the amenities. The owner, Lukas, is also the host and is fantastic. Service with a capital S, a solid 10. The house has a lovely pool, a spacious garden, and good air conditioning. Fully equipped. Close to the beach, a charming village, and two good restaurants within walking distance. In short, a unique place.Dit is een prachtig huis met alle denkbare voorzieningen. De eigenaar, Lukas, is tevens de gastheer en is fantastisch. Service met een hoofdletter S, een dikke 10. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad, een ruime tuin en goede airconditioning. Volledig uitgerust. Dicht bij het strand, een charmant dorpje en twee goede restaurants op loopafstand. Kortom, een unieke plek.
