Fabulous house

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous house. It’s beautifully presented, really well equipped and in a fantastic location. Parking was easy, which was a real bonus. The customer service was excellent too — we had a couple of minor issues during our stay and they were dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently. The only slight inconvenience was that the second bathroom is on the lower ground floor, so we didn’t end up using it. Overall, a fantastic property in a great location, and we would happily stay again!

Delightful Deal

We had a wonderful family few days at this lovely house, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Deal High Street is lovely with lots of independent shops and cafes and a great Saturday market opposite the house. Parking in surrounding roads was easy. Lots to do and see we will surely be back

Gorgeous - but be aware of the stairs!

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location but we would not have booked this particular property if we'd realised just how tricky the stairs would be. My 82-year-old mother was with us and although she usually has no problem with stairs, she found the stairs in the property really tricky to negotiate - in places they are steep, with narrow treads, and in one place (between Bedroom One and its nearest bathroom), they are particularly tricky. Note that getting to either bathroom from any of the bedrooms involves at least a few steps. Those with very young children might also struggle. Having said that, this really is a gorgeous property: comfortable, spacious, well maintained and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the snug for reading in! The location is fabulous - just a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Deal is a great place to holiday, and Keepers Cottages are excellent hosts (this is our second holiday in Deal with Keepers, and we're sure it won't be our last!).
