Ideal for family escapes or gatherings of friends, the villa also features a 5 seater in-pool hydromassage area and ample balconies and lounges to gather with loved ones. For your convenience, secure private parking is provided for six cars.

Private Beach Access & Signature Pergola :
A discreet private path gently winds down to a secluded beach, accessible only to a select few villas or by sea. Promising serene morning swims and treasured moments by the water with family and loved ones. Please note, as the pathway is naturally steep and cliffside, children must be supervised at all times for their safety in this self-catered retreat. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy :
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

This level also offers direct access to the sun-drenched pool, the shaded BBQ, and the elegant outdoor dining area. Accommodating up to twelve guests in real beds—with provision for two additional guests on air mattresses or the cinema lounge sofa—the villa graciously welcomes up to 14 guests. The lower level unveils an exclusive Wellness Area, reserved for the privileged few—featuring a fully equipped gym with yoga mats, treadmill, static bike, elliptical machine, Smart TV 40’, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and minibar, alongside a sauna, shower and steam bath for moments of indulgent restoration.
