Our stay was just short of perfect, so I'd like to write a bit more in detail. It hadn't been said that there would be construction works during our visit, but sounds were well muffled and none occurred on the weekend, so silence almost at all times, a comfortable bed and shower, and the chance to cook for ourselves, had we wanted to, as all that’s needed was available to use. That's already all we were looking for and it was nice to see that we had been given some water, lemon tea and coffee, jam, chocolate spread, rusk and taralli. The walk from the nearest metro station is short, there is even a bus stop right around the corner, basically making it a stone’s throw away from access to the rest of the city. It’s a lovely, little flat let down only by details such as missing - likely broken by other guests - hangers for towels and toilet roll holder, marks of various types on the walls - think scuffs, holes and lines indicating where some mounted furniture should have been. Please consider using proper curtains to block light coming in from the courtyard as well as stop people from being able to look inside: the only place to get changed in privacy was the bathroom! Though not an issue, the check-in procedure left us a little puzzled, although I guess it simply proves that it’s a nice enough neighbourhood to live in.It already was a very pleasant stay, so act on the few things left to improve on to put it at the top of the list of places to stay at while visiting Milan.
