The house has a 32 m2 fenced pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers; a children's area with swings, a slide, and a basketball court. Next to the swing area is a shaded English wooden table.
There's an outdoor barbecue with a dining area and an L-shaped sofa, a terrace with armchairs and a thatched umbrella from which you can quietly enjoy the view of the pool, a glass-enclosed gazebo next to the kitchen, a terrace with an outdoor dining area next to the living room, a chill-out area with hammocks, and several seating areas in the garden.
It has parking for up to two cars on the property.

The house has four bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a trundle bed, and the other with a sofa bed. It sleeps six in total. A crib is available on request.
The best features are the views and the different corners of the garden to enjoy depending on the time of day.
Being in the middle of the Montgó reserve, you can breathe in the tranquility and fresh air, as well as a clear, starry sky. The house is in a residential area called La Marquesa V, so it's not isolated, but it is still quiet. The walks are very pleasant, and it's also close to the most spectacular mountain routes in Denia.
It has a gas kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, pantry, blender, and dishwasher. Nespresso and Melita coffee makers, electric and traditional kettles, and iron and ironing board.

The house has air conditioning and fans in all rooms except the small one, which has a fan.
Outside, there's a closet with a washing machine and a clothesline.

There are bicycles for touring, a shed for storing suitcases, and trash recyclables.
